About - Such an important painting on my journey. Repressed emotions and trauma were coming to the surface and I felt blinding rage like I'd never felt before. I had no idea how to be with it or how to express it so I tried painting and this came through. I thought it was very beautiful and powerful. Anger and rage is shamed alot in our society but it's actually okay to have and feel these feelings - we all do, it's what we choose to do with them that's important.

St Cuthbert’s Mill Somerset Enhanced Velvet - On par eco-friendly-wise as hemp paper as it is made in Wells, only fifteen miles away from Frome, so although it is 100% archival cotton it has a low emobdied carbon and has a beautiful finish.
