About - I painted this after listening to some classical music, I was feeling somewhat out of whack, too much energy I didnt know what to do with and I was craving balance. I finished the painting and felt the desire to paint a horizontal gold line through the centre to create some equilibrium and temperance. Hence the name of the painting.

St Cuthbert’s Mill Somerset Enhanced Velvet - On par eco-friendly-wise as hemp paper as it is made in Wells, only fifteen miles away from Frome, so although it is 100% archival cotton it has a low emobdied carbon and has a beautiful finish.
