About - I've found resistance is synonymous to growth - one can't exist without the other. Whenever I am about to step out of my comfort zone I find myself faced with fear and resistance. It's that very energy which pushes me into the next step of my journey and this life lesson taught me how invaluable resistance is and to accept and embrace it. I know now if I feels resistance and fear it means some wonderful change is coming.

St Cuthbert’s Mill Somerset Enhanced Velvet - On par eco-friendly-wise as hemp paper as it is made in Wells, only fifteen miles away from Frome, so although it is 100% archival cotton it has a low emobdied carbon and has a beautiful finish.
